Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales/Project Managers. This role combines direct sales efforts with project management responsibilities, offering an opportunity to take ownership of earnings and career growth. You will focus on generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation:
Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers in need of roofing services. - Sales Presentations:
Educate homeowners and businesses about roofing services, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction. - Project Oversight:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring timely completion. - Documentation:
Prepare and manage contracts, project documentation, and payment schedules. - Problem-Solving:
Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Sales experience (door-to-door or similar) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of roofing or construction is an advantage but not mandatory.
