Armed Field Supervisor
Location & CompensationWork Location:
Albuquerque, NM. Pay: $24.00 per hour (plus overtime where applicable).
Schedule:
To be discussed during interview.
- 21+ years of age for Armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required only for Armed roles)
- At least 2 years of previous Field Supervisor experience (required)
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

- The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
- Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Maintain vigilance—seeing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents that may take place on our customers’ premises.
- Encourage an open forum for employees, customers, and staff to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
