Weir Plumbing Heating and Cooling LLC is looking for an experienced, self‑motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who brings mechanical ability, a problem‑solving mindset, and a strong sense of integrity to their craft. As a licensed JP, you'll handle installations, maintenance, and service calls across various residential and commercial job sites—representing a company that truly values your time, safety, and development.

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial systems
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and plumbing codes
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Assist and mentor apprentices to support team development
• Uphold safety standards and follow all company protocols
• Accurately document service reports, work orders, and materials used

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed Journeyman Plumber (JP)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (trade specific)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate with inspectors and interpret compliance codes
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor) and consistently climb ladders.
• Commitment to high‑quality work and ethical service
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

Full‑Time - Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime based on project demand.

Work is based at various job sites across the region. Must be comfortable with regional travel.
