Position: Fire Sprinkler Technician
Location: Rio Rancho, NM (Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates)
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week expected)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair wet and dry fire sprinkler systems according to safety codes.
• Perform fire pump and standpipe system tests and report findings.
• Identify hazards, defects, or code violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently during installation and repair tasks.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and document work for compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time.

What Were Looking For

• License:Valid MS12J Fire Sprinkler license (or equivalent) this is required.
• Certifications:Backflow certification preferred.
• Experience:Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation, repair, and NFPA safety codes.

  Proficient with computers, diagnostic programs, and plumbing/sprinkler tools.
• Location:Must be based in, near, or willing to relocate to Rio Rancho/Albuquerque, NM. (Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.)
