Job type:
Full-time. Salary: $65,000-$70,000 DOE. Other compensation includes Flex Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Discount Marketplace, Auto & Home Programs, and more. Relocation assistance available (where applicable).

• Oversee day-to-day food service operations and manage a team.
• Manage client relationships and the profitability of the account.
• Oversee P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Incorporate catering and some culinary duties; work with the Chef and management to create nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Three to five years of food service management experience.
• Hospital/acute care food service experience preferred.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
