An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team of Tenancy Support Workers in the Amber Valley and Chesterfield area. If you are self‑motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
We help people with their mental health in supported living settings and in the community, building confidence and daily living skills for independent living. As a keyworker you will work with individuals to maintain their tenancies, prevent homelessness, promote positive and healthy lifestyles, and assist them in developing the skills needed for independent living.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date record‑keeping on our internal IT system.
- Work independently or within wider teams, making proactive decisions to support individuals in achieving positive outcomes.
- Maintain tenants’ housing and help prevent homelessness.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and assist in developing residents’ independent living skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to go the extra mile, think outside the box and exhibit a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Subject to an enhanced check made by Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
