- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Average annual salary $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment.
Paid time off: 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave as required by state law.

What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
