Contract length: 12 month fixed term
Hybrid working – 4 days a week l-time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday – Friday, with one shift in every Saturday. Shift options: 7.30 am – 4.30 pm, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm and 11.00 am – 8.00 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Managing customer queries around orders placed on the website
- Managing customer queries on live chat, responding promptly
- Managing a busy centralised inbox and answering the phone to manage customer queries regarding orders placed online
- Liaising with third‑party providers around website issues

- Strong communication skills across all channels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
