Competitive We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join a successful and growing business. This role combines customer relationship management, account development, and sales support, helping customers get the most from their equipment, parts, and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and visits. Support customers with parts, service, maintenance plans, and warranty solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide excellent service. Promote aftermarket products, service agreements, and special offers. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.

Support customer events, demonstrations, and promotional activities. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer care. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
