Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, self‑service and live chat
- Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues across the business
- Manage and resolve IT queries while maintaining high customer experience standards
- Support key ITIL processes and assist with major or sensitive incidents
- Contribute to IT projects and wider Service Desk initiatives as required
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Qualifications- A keen interest in starting or progressing a career in IT support
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop with guidance from experienced team members
- Previous Service Desk experience (or transferable skills) is advantageous but not essential
