• Technical Coordinator Previous experience within food manufacturing technical or quality functions
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards and
• Food Safety Management Systems Experience supporting or leading internal and external audits
• Practical experience managing compliance documentation, specifications and testing programmes A solid understanding of regulatory standards within food production environments
