Production Advanced Team Operative

Overview

Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is recruiting a Production Advanced Team Operative for our Pontefract Site. You will play an important role in ensuring that well‑known drink brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team led by the Production Shift Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

As a Production Advanced Team Operative, your main tasks and duties will be:

• Performing all duties within the Production Department to ensure the effective running of the process function and production lines, keeping systems and equipment audit‑ready at all times.
• Operating equipment and machinery, performing fault finding, changeovers including CIP where relevant, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities.
• Managing raw materials in accordance with FIFO and storage procedures.
• Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Standards.

The annual salary with shift allowance is £34,076.47. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off rotating days and nights. In addition, you will receive 3 times your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund, and free on‑site car parking.
