This is a General Operative role where you’ll be part of the engine room of food production - keeping operations moving, supporting high daily output, and building practical skills that can open the door to long-term manufacturing careers.

- Operate machinery such as grinders, mixers, and blenders following training
- Help maintain production flow to meet daily output targets
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain clean and organised work spaces across the production floor
- Assist teams across departments where production demand requires
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures within production settings
- Experience operating or assisting with industrial food processing equipment
- Ability to follow documented production processes and safety procedures
- Experience working with raw meat or meat processing environments
Minimum 40 hours per week across 5 consecutive days. Weekend working (Saturday and Sunday) required. Shifts typically range from approximately 6 to 10 hours depending on production demand. No night shifts.
