This is a General Operative role where you’ll be part of the engine room of food production—keeping operations moving, supporting high daily output, and building practical skills that can open the door to long-term manufacturing careers. • Support production across multiple areas of the manufacturing process
• Operate machinery such as grinders, mixers, and blenders following training
• Help maintain production flow to meet daily output targets
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintain clean and organised work spaces across the production floor
• Assist teams across departments where production demand requires

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures within production settings
• Experience operating or assisting with industrial food processing equipment
• Ability to follow documented production processes and safety procedures
• Experience working with raw meat or meat processing environments

Monday to Friday, with one Sunday in four and a day off in lieu.
