The Butchers Recruiter is seeking a Butchery Shop Manager to run a busy traditional retail environment, combining hands-on butchery with commercial responsibility for sales, standards, stock and team leadership. You will prepare and present meat to high standards, drive sales through merchandising, manage stock and waste, and ensure food hygiene and safety compliance.
