Job DescriptionWe are looking for customer service representatives with a friendly attitude and strong people skills. Your main responsibilities include preparing and handling pizza orders, communicating with customers over the phone and in person, and supporting daily store operations.

Job Requirements- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate cash handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Motor coordination and quick, precise movements to work in a fast environment.
- Availability for varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients and maintain storage areas.
- Prepare pizza products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.
Communication Skills- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
- Accurately perform arithmetic and give correct monetary change.
- Take and process orders with verbal, written, and telephone skills.
- Use motor coordination and eye/hand/finger coordination for rapid, precise movements.
- Enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F to 90°F+) and weather conditions during outside tasks.
- Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher and sharp edges.
- Potentially moving mechanical parts and changing temperatures.
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for tasks.
- Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
- Handling repetitive tasks, working alone or with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality standards, dealing with people, analyzing data, making judgments, and decisions.
- Standing most tasks; walking short distances and durations.
- Working from 36—408 heights on ceramic tile or linoleum.
- Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs with hand trucks and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying and pushing trays of pizza dough or sauces weighing 12‑30 lbs.
- Climbing stairs or ladders to change signs or perform maintenance.
- Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting as necessary for stocking or cleaning.
- Reaching up to 72" up, down, and forward for oven controls, price signs, and shelf tasks.
