We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Manager to join our Ripon depot. The role involves coordinating parts distribution, maintaining inventory quality, and managing a small team.
Responsibilities- Execute parts processes and maintain organization of the parts department.
- Coordinate and distribute workload to maximize parts sales.
- Maintain commercial approach to stock quality and quantities.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to secure best cost pricing.
- Submit parts warranty and return claims within required timeframe.
- Ensure branch performance is met and develop, train and manage team.
- Deliver quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the parts business.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to analyse and interpret internal reports.
- Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.
- High level of communication and human relations.
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
