Job SummaryThis position primarily fits and welds various assemblies that are either typical or custom parts.
Supervisory Responsibilities- None
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products;
- Install and repair various equipment and components;
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications;
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications;
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance;
- Follow SOP for machine setup and weld expectations;
- Operate overhead crane with chains, hooks, straps, or other lifting devices in a safe manner;
- Occasional climbing or crawling on various structures;
- Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, and tidy.
