Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team, responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
- Developing a diverse range of skills to grow yourself and others.

Counter areas are often hot with steam and vapors. Employees must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a noisy, hot environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.

CompensationPay Range: $25 - $28 per hour, determined by location and experience.
