Extension is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a CONTRACT opportunity located in Ripon, WI.
About Our Client- Leader in the industry
- Well known in the area
- Opportunity to build your skillset and utilize current skillset
- Oversee and execute the complete cycle of accounts payable processing, including invoice receipt, verification, and posting.
- Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, ACH and wire payments timely and handle vendor payment inquiries.
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month end closing and prepare related accounts payable reports and analyses.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of AP experience
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- Up to $30/hr
