As a
** Digital Order Executive
** based in
** Ripon,
** you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing customer queries around orders placed on our website
* Managing customer queries on our live chat, responding to them promptly
* Managing a busy centralised inbox and answering the phones to manage customer queries regarding orders placed online
* Liaising with our third-party providers around website issues

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday – Friday and one in every  Saturdays. There are three shifts for this role as follows: 7.30am – 4.30pm, 8.00am – 5.00pm and 11.00am – 8.00pm.
