Base Salary: $155,000 – $190,000 (pending qualifications/experience-level)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering to lead a highly skilled team of electrical and firmware engineers in developing next-generation products. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring product success through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for technology, a hands-on approach to engineering development, and a clear vision for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of electrical and firmware engineers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Drive the design, development, and validation of advanced electrical systems and embedded firmware.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, operations, and product management.

Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Communicate effectively with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and promote best practices in design and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

10+ years in engineering, with 6+ years in technical leadership roles.

Proven experience in embedded firmware, electrical design, and team leadership.

Strong financial planning and strategic thinking capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.

Willing to work onsite in Ripon, WI, with travel up to 15%.
