Eden Vista Ripon is an Assisted Living Facility located in Ripon, Wisconsin, as part of the Vista Senior network. We are looking for a dedicated Assisted Living Director to become a valued member of our compassionate and skilled team.

The Assisted Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living community. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high‑quality services and programs that promote resident independence, safety, and well‑being.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within CBRF assisted living, Executive Director/AL Manager/AL Director.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Experience working with senior populations in a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident, family, and guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Assess resident needs and strengths; implement services that support independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Analyze resident satisfaction data and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Build relationships with external agencies and service providers to strengthen community presence.
  • Coordinate and evaluate service agreements with home care providers as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of operations and communications.
