Production Helper

We are seeking a Production Helpers to join a manufacturing team in Fond du Lac, WI. Primary responsibilities will be to assist the machine operators and provide general manufacturing support to ensure day-to-day output and quality. Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Pay Range: $22.00 +

Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts are available (training on 1st shift)

Must be available to work overtime

• Read factory work orders, convert schedules, and other documents to understand customer requirements.
• Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders and perform assigned duties to meet production needs.
• Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products according to customer specifications; accurately identify and segregate nonconforming (reject) products and materials.

• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation, including being able to work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to use basic shop math and accurately read a measuring tape and ruler.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (manufacturing experience not required and training is provided).

• Start entry level with training across areas, then build your skills and apply to the job you want after you’re hired.
• Structured orientation and on-the-job training to help you move onto your designated shift.
• Clear expectations around quality, safety, and teamwork—so you know what “good” looks like.
