Resident Assistant (RA) – Wolverton Glen – Ripon, WI

Join Eden Senior Care as a full‑time Resident Assistant at Wolverton Glen, a senior living community in Ripon, WI.

$15,000 – $18,000 per year (hourly up to $16, with weekday differential $1 and weekend differential $1.50).

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents, including dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications and monitor medication supplies.
• Provide companionship and participate in resident‑centered activity programs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, bed making, laundry, and mail delivery.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional status to the Director/LPN.
• Conduct room checks, resident rounds, and ensure environmental safety hazards are addressed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service plans, and incident records.
• Use tactful, diplomatic communication in sensitive situations and act as a public relations representative to guests and visitors.

Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced senior living environment.
