Modern Overhead Door Corp is seeking a motivated and personable Garage Door Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Ripon, WI. In this client-facing role, you'll sell both residential and commercial garage doors and openers, guiding customers through product selection, pricing, and installation planning. You'll benefit from a generous base hourly rate plus commission, use of a company vehicle, and access to Build Ops CRM software to support your success.

- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and provide garage door solutions
- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and timelines using Build Ops CRM
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential and past clients
- Conduct site assessments and measurements for accurate product recommendations
- Educate clients on features, pricing, warranties, and available options
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend team meetings and maintain updated records in the CRM system
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
- Prior experience in garage door sales or installation is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (Build Ops experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to read and interpret basic construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Monday-Friday (some flexibility for client appointments)
