Description
Shift Manager role at McDonald’s. This posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. Tasks include planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking corrective action, ensuring safety and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals.
