• Lead day-to-day maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, controls, and facility equipment.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Drive equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors and maintain required maintenance documentation.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Valid Michigan Master Electrician License
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience preferred.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with equipment and facility improvement projects.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience; bachelor's preferred.
