Retail Sales Associates act as ambassadors of the Burlington brand, greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat & organized sales floor, and supporting day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time‑to‑time.

Competitive wage of $16.5 per hour

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
