As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, supporting account teams, and promoting our AV products and services.

• Client Engagement:
  Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to uncover opportunities and build relationships.
• Sales Support:
  Provide commercial support to customers, Account Managers, and Sales Directors. Assist with Salesforce management and collaborate on forecasting.
• Product Expertise:
  Develop in‑depth knowledge of AV products and services. Communicate features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.

  Qualification:
  
  Assess and qualify leads from various sources to determine sales potential.
• Sales Presentations:
  Deliver engaging virtual presentations and demos, addressing client needs and showcasing AV solutions.
• Closing Sales:
  Drive the closure of sales orders and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
• CRM Mastery:
  Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records, manage leads, and track sales activities.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with external sales teams and technical experts to resolve customer queries.
• Sales Reporting:
  Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and improve strategies.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Ensure exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Technical aptitude and quick learning of AV products and solutions.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a passion for sales and customer service.

• Previous experience in audiovisual technology sales.
