What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a medical team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Coordinate with patient families and healthcare teams to ensure integrated care.
• Manage acute, chronic, and post-surgical patient needs across diverse clinical settings.

You're Perfect for This Role if You Have:

• An active New York State Physician Assistant License
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings (helpful but happy to train the right candidate!)
• A friendly, team-oriented personality with strong leadership and communication skills

Salary & Compensation:

• Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000/year
• Incredible incentive pay opportunities (real potential to earn $180,000+ annually!)

Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan.
