Senior Quick Base Solutions Consultant - Developer

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for a Senior Quick Base Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Senior Quick Base Solution Consultant/Developer with proven professional experience in the design, development, delivery, and enhancement of Client‑Server/Web‑Based/Cloud‑Based/Mobile Software Applications using Quick Base Rapid Development Application. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of business‑aligned IT services, ensuring the application platform is of high quality, defects free and adheres to industry standards for development, testing and deployment methodologies.

This is a mostly onsite role (NE Washington DC) and the core hours are 8am – 5pm.

• Responsible for the implementation and management of business‑aligned IT services. Ensuring the application platform is of high quality, defects free and adheres to industry standards for development, testing and deployment methodologies.
• Advanced expertise in streamlining business processes through solution design and development iterations including automation to remove non‑value‑added steps for users.
• Advanced expertise in technical documentation of key design and configuration artifacts.
• Capable of design, develop and deploy applications that support users on the case and program management, especially with YSD Truancy Quick Base Application.
• Provides mentorship and technical advice to a team of Application/Reports/Query developers.
• Provides strategic advice to the lead, management, and customers of the OIS/ASD Division.
• Capable of implementing programming standards that support a secure and defect‑free application.
• Interact daily with government clients to meet the technical requirements for new initiatives.
• Works with Quality Assurance / Quality Control teams to ensure the application remains secure and defect free.
• Evaluates, designs, and implements accepted programming standards as they relate to the YSD Quick Base Application and infrastructure.
• Defines and documents processes to be used by all application developers on the team.
• Plans, research, and recommend new equipment, software tools, and related technologies.
• Uses monitoring and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot and isolate application performance issues.
• Updates system and process documentation, produces user guides, ER diagrams, and SOPs as needed – Including Visio Network design drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent.
• Over two (2) years of expertise in Quick Base Application Development Platform, including designing, developing, delivering, and enhancement of Client‑Server/Web‑Based/Cloud‑Based/Mobile Software Applications using Quick Base Application Platform.
• Experience integrating with the Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse platform, including configuring pagination for data operations.
• Seven (7) years of experience integrating with or utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
• Over ten (10) years of experience conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• Over ten (10) years of experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front‑end (e.g., Cognos)/back‑end programming languages (e.g., SQL).
• Over ten (10) years of experience developing enterprise applications.

• Ten (10) years of experience MS‑Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Five (5) years of experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops.
• One (1) of experience integrating with the Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse platform.
• Background in Health and Human Services solutions.
