About the Position

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve shift targets.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise‑owned restaurants.

Hourly pay range: $15.25 per hour – $19.75 per hour
, based on experience and availability.
