• Load and unload company vehicle with project materials.
• Assemble roof components in an efficient and safe manner.
• Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct supervision.
• Install projects adhering to plan sets.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, applicable codes (e.g., NFPA‑70, IRC, IFC, CA‑T24).
• Follow all safety regulations and commands from senior crew members.
• Recommend efficiency and compliance improvements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate directly with end users as required.
• Drive a company vehicle and travel domestically as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate or GED

• 6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience (preferred).

• Fundamental understanding of all PV products installed by Freedom Forever.
• Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes.
• Ability to communicate professionally and concisely.
• Proper installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC, FMC).
• Follow written and verbal instructions.

• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or run for long periods of time.
• Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles.
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as required.
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out.
• Lift heavy objects (often 50+ pounds).
• Maintain balance or stay upright in unstable positions.
• Perform repetitive movements.

Employee is required to travel for business purposes (excluding commute). Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.

Rockville, MD – Salary $80,000 – $150,000 per year. Job based in Maryland; not seeking remote employees.
