Seeking a dedicated and compassionate BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable. Skills and
