• Annual base salary: $90,000.00‑$

• Lead and manage the clinic including oversight of staff.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients' families to showcase facilities.
• Oversee scheduling and proper ABA therapy implementation.
• Provide training for clients' families.
• Maintain proper decorum and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise a caseload of clients.

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.
