Provide skilled, complex nursing care and supervision to clients according to the Plan of Care and Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc.'s standards and policies. Services include:

• Participate in establishing and implementing the client's service plan in coordination with staff.
• Provide services hourly or per visit to meet professional care requirements.
• Assess the nursing needs of the client regularly.
• Conduct initial face-to-face assessments at the client's home.
• Provide nursing services as needed according to the client's plan.
• Work with clients and families, assessing the home environment to determine needs.
• Report client progress and issues to supervisors and physicians.
• Supervise CNAs and home health aides.
• Perform annual assessments and supervise tasks of PCA, CNA, and other aides.
• Supervise the provision of personal care for medically compromised, blind, or sensory-impaired clients.
• Admit and assess clients for services, complete clinical documentation.
• Perform supervisory visits to observe caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
• Assess and educate on pain management techniques.
• Ensure safe client care environments, reducing healthcare errors.
• Report changes in client condition to physicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medication administration appropriate to client age and condition.
• Revise care plans in consultation with physicians based on ongoing assessments.
• Review treatment plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in orientation and annual evaluations of caregivers.

This role is full-time, mid-senior level, within the healthcare industry, focusing on health care provision.
