• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell daily specials and promote new menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

• Previous experience as a server in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid food handler’s permit.
