Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour

The position includes a competitive hourly base with the opportunity to earn up to 8% commission on retail transactions, potentially adding additional $3.02 per hour on top of the base rate.

• Greet and engage customers, recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Process sales and loan transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training programs.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work at multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• In jurisdictions permitting, ability to work with firearms and attain firearms certification.
