Car Wash Second Assistant Manager at Car Spa
Base Pay Range$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Position OverviewAs a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach team members
- Ensure top‑notch customer service and resolve concerns
- Maintain safety and operational standards
- Manage equipment and inventory
- Train and develop staff
- Support profitability goals and performance metrics
- Perform general car wash duties as needed
- No prior management experience required – entry‑level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
- Frequent physical activity required, including bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles
- Earn performance‑based bonuses every four weeks
