This role provides an opportunity to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales at the cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale and trade‑up or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain inventory records.
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment internally and externally.
• Assist with special assignments and other tasks as directed by the shift leader or manager.
• Provide photo‑area customer service, including digital passport photo and poster printing support.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities: monitor orders and deliver picks to customers.

• Attend training and complete required PPLs as requested by management or corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferably Walgreens).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
