Pay Range
Base pay: $64,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Position OverviewOutside direct sales position focused on a dedicated territory. You’ll target small and medium‑sized businesses, meet with owners and decision‑makers, promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and their employees. Interact individually, present to groups 50‑100+.

Core Responsibilities- Use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand client network.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
- Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re‑service existing clients.
- Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager each week.
- Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day.
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain, study course provided, licensing fees reimbursed).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (or within 6 months of graduation / less than 4 years with relevant sales or athletic background).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay, commissions (no caps), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, vested renewal commissions.
