Assistant General Manager – Cafe Zupas (Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Riverdale, UT)

We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage the day‑to‑day operations with a focus on creating a positive culture.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house)
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well‑organized shifts

• Be good to others and to yourself

• 2‑5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry
• Available to work a five‑day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
• Detail‑oriented, growth‑minded, self‑starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, genuine
• Can learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
