As a professional representative of the La‑Z‑Boy name and brand, you provide outstanding customer service and play a mission‑critical role in our culture. You will support La‑Z‑Boy stores by working alongside Sales Associates, Designers and Store Manager as part of a high‑performing team.

• Dependable and punctual; on time every day.
• Team player and self‑starter; show up on time, ready to work and get the job done right.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally move up to 350 lbs on a two‑wheel dolly.
• Receive and stock inbound product; ensure accurate receipt and inventory.
• Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company; receive returned furniture and place in correct locations.
• Operate power equipment on occasion; operate industry equipment.
• Scan furniture when receiving, moving or loading into the computer system.

• 0–2 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• OSHA Certification.
• Prior distribution center, warehouse or furniture experience.
• Experience in delivery, warehousing, receiving, issuing, packing, shipping and/or storage of goods.

Nearly continuously stand, balance, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 lbs. Often repetitive hand motion, walking, bending, stooping, listening, talking, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, and operate industry equipment.

40 hours per week.
