This position offers an hourly wage range of $20.00 to $28.00 per hour. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Operate forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources and collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow following company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment appropriately.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures; conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation; properly zone the area, stock and rotate merchandise, and set up cleaning and organizing product displays.
• Process defective merchandise following company and regulatory policies and procedures for sanitation and food safety and monitor shrink, security risks, and safety.
• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging.
• Handle moves and display goods in safe and correct ways; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report any poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identify customers who need help, engage them, and assist them with technology services and items.
• Identify shrink opportunities and problems with product, services, and work areas and take steps to fix them.
• Maintain equipment and ensure products are organized and stocked correctly; promptly fix any problems.
• Act with integrity, comply with Walmart values, and hold self and others accountable.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first.
• Strive for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvements.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
