Senior Accountant

Century Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their client’s team. The expected starting base salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

• Prepare journal entries and manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice verification.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits and tax filings.

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems such as Quick Books or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments.
