We are currently hiring a Service Analyst for the Accounting Resource Center (ARC). ARC is the Accounting Help Desk for the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International.
What you’ll do:- Respond to emails from Operations requesting assistance with Accounting related questions or issues
- Research “what went wrong”
- Determine assistance needed and follow the path to resolution
- Follow up to make sure end-result is obtained
- Work with the Accounting units to ensure that requests are completed
- Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system
- Duties as otherwise assigned
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a strong belief that client service is the top priority
- Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy research
- Possess a good eye for detail
- Are able to work independently and provide results

The expected salary range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
