Administrative and Facilities Project Coordinator
School of Medicine, UC Riverside – Main Campus
OverviewExecutive level coordination and support to SOM Facilities, including calendar management, policy development, and project assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Facilities Manager calendar and briefing materials.
- Support facilities and space planning projects.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and campus events.
- Maintain filing systems and develop office procedures.
- Assist with committee agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Master’s preferred. - Minimum 2 years of related executive or project support experience.
- Experience in facilities or project management; medical school experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in office software and calendar management.
