Highline dealership in the Riverside Auto Center is currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team. The File Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing dealership records, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

• Organize and maintain dealership records and files.
• Ensure all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Retrieve files as requested by staff and customers.
• Assist with scanning and digitizing documents as needed.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure files are accurate and up to date.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Minimum 2 years of office filing experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional personal appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
