Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Account Assistant to support our account management and logistics service operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, accurate updates, and high-quality service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who excels in organization, professional communication, and problem-solving within a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to service account managers and assist with operational coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information across internal systems.

  • Monitor service updates, order statuses, and client requests, ensuring timely follow-through.

  • Assist with preparing reports, schedules, and service summaries as needed.

  • Support client communication with clear, professional updates and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure service consistency.

  • Uphold company standards of efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
